Returns Policy

Policy Duration
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Certain health and personal care items

Partial Refunds (if applicable):

  • Skincare products used more than 20%


Refund Process

  1. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specific timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary).

  • Contact your bank (refunds may take time to post).

Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

Gift Returns

  • If marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. A gift certificate will be mailed to you upon receipt of the return.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift or shipped to the gift giver, the refund will go to the gift giver.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted.

  • If returning an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery.

  • We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
